1. Koi: (West Hollywood) If your goal is a list of Hollywood celebrities, make a reservation at LA from the fusion of Asia and the hottest restaurant where you can see and be seen. 4. Dolce Enoteca : (West Hollywood) Talk about the quintessential celeb-hot spot (Ashton Kutcher - and about half the cast of "That 70's Show" - the same)! Hollywood heavy hitters in the big room of booths and enjoy the charming decor of black leather and marble. Nibble on tapas-style Italian perfect for sharing. Be sure to try the Risotto with Gorgonzola comes © e, and enough space to store the sumptuously rich ricotta cheese flan for dessert. Located at 8184 Melrose Ave. and Sweetzer Ave ..
5. Dan Tana's : (West Hollywood) Who says LA does not have good Italian food? Walking into this restaurant is like entering a time warp back to 1950 the city of New York. The old Hollywood atmosphere is matched only by food (simply delicious and loaded with garlic). Hollywood moguls, actors, writers (and aspiring to the three categories mentioned above) a packet of Spaghetti Carbonara and Shrimp Diavolo. 9. Sushi Nozawa : (Studio City) Yes, this is a commercial strip (located at 11288 Ventura Blvd.). And, yes - the lights are brighter than the average Sunday afternoon. But we have, the decor is not what matters - the sushi is so important. What is a bit of abuse and seek (word on the street is someone who once was deported to the implementation of the California rolls), if it comes to eating some of the best sushi this side of Tokyo !
10. Angelini Osteria : (La Brea / Miracle Mile) Mama Mia - Now that the love! Tuesday is "Tavola Italiana" night, when chef Nancy Silverton cooks an Antipasto Table of options at the restaurant. No reservations taken here - and in a first-come, first served basis (and definitely worth the show!) La Terza is located at 8384 W. Third St. (at Orlando).
14. Massimo Restaurant and Bar : (Beverly Hills) Feel like a taste of Tuscany? Massimo, located just off Rodeo Drive in the heart of Beverly Hills (9513 S. Santa Monica Blvd.) Is characterized by celebrities and popular entertainment that the fans are so attached to the cooking of Massimo Ormani authentic fare. Try the famous all-beef Bolognese dish. FYI: Massimo has been more recently in the NBC show "Recipe TV" with the world's largest Chefs.
15. AOC : (La Brea / Miracle Mile) Perhaps not the first tapas restaurant in the city, but definitely the best! If grazing is an art form for you, the AOC is the place to be ... elegant, modern and elegant, the banda is pure glamor of Hollywood. Almost all parties and looks like a rock star is - and they all come from the extensive wine list and the influence of Mediterranean small plates.
